Design and function principle

The surface treatment system with dispenser without return line is perfect for the application of low-viscosity materials, such as clear primer or activator. It consists of a pressurized material tank (01), which is easy to fill with the process material. The clear primer/activator is fed to the dispenser (03) via a material line. The dispenser meters the material evenly and optionally applies it to a piece of felt or a brush, which is drawn over the workpiece surface at a constant pressure. The system is controlled by an IFC application controller (02).
