Mobile Cartridge Filling Station
The Mobile Cartridge Filling station enables our customers to fill standard cartridges (310ml) or special high-pressure aluminum cartridges directly out of 30l, 60l or 200l drums. This provides efficiency benefits in the procurement and handling of materials and cartridges, as dependency on suppliers is minimized.
Mounted on a trolley, the mobile cartridge filling station combines the technology of drum pumps and cartridge filling stations in one product. It is therefore mobile and can be used anywhere. For safe operation the user only needs to connect the station to the pneumatic and power supply. For the filling process the user has to screw the cartridge into a holder and secure it. The filling of the cartridge takes place by the touch of a button.
The filling time depends on the material, pneumatic pressure and temperature. Various parameters for the filling process can be set independently and adjusted at any time using programmed software. Once the filling level is reached, the filling process stops automatically. The cartridge is then unscrewed from the holder and can be used directly in production or stored.
A major advantage of the mobile cartridge filling station is that the cartridges can also be filled as required. Excess material and high disposal costs can thus be reduced.
