Delivery times and shipping costs

Delivery times

The following delivery times apply exclusively to orders in the online store of ATN Hölzel GmbH. Since some articles are manufactured only after order due to change possibilites after customer's request, different delivery times result. The delivery time depends on the customer selected payment mode. For the payment option prepayment, the delivery period begins when the full inovice amount has been received by the bank to be transferred. If the customer is eligible for purchase on account, the delivery period begins with receipt of the order confirmation of the order. For orders over a value of goods of 10.000,00 € and the associated advance payment of 30 %, the same conditions apply as for purchase on account. Due to the effects of the Covid-19 virus and the war in Ukraine there may be temporary delivery difficulties with the provision of services by us and/or our suppliers/sub-suppliers. We will do everything to avoid this with any means. Unfortunately, we can only confirm the delivery/service date without obligation. The delivery/service on this date is depending on the undisturbed delivery, production and logistics and can still be moved. We also have to reserve the right to make partial deliveries or partial services.

Shipping costs

The following shipping costs apply exclusively to orders in the online store of ATN Hölzel GmbH. The shipping costs are displayed on the shopping cart before the order, unless otherwise stated. We ship your ordered goods as a package with the parcel service or by freight forwarding. The prices are inclusive of VAT. They apply to shipping within Germany. Deliveries to other European countries are made on request. Deliveries with a weight over 25 kg will be shipped by forwarding agency. For various products and shopping cart constellations, the shipping costs will be shown at a later date, as the products require special shipping.

The maximum purchase quanitity per order and product is 5 pieces.

Important note

The goods are shipped via parcel service or via freight forwarder. Please check the integrity of the goods or the package when taking over the package. Please report any damage to the goods immediately to the driver, as no claims for transport damage can be made at a later point of time.
