Cartridge filling station
Electric or pneumatic cartridge guns are suitable for manual material application in small runs. They allow you move around freely while you work, without the annoyance of kinked hoses.
ATN’s cartridge filling station is designed for filling single-use or reusable cartridges. The cartridge filling station is fully pneumatic, consisting of a base frame fitted with a pneumatic unit, connector plate and maintenance unit. Empty cartridges are screwed onto the station and refilled directly from a larger barrel (e.g. 30, 60 or 200 litre).
Simply screw on a cartridge and press the button to start filling. Pneumatic sensors monitor the filling process, and an integrated limit switch stops the process as soon as cartridges reach their set filling quantity.
