VN6-1K applicator
The ATN VN6-1K one-component applicator is designed to apply single-component materials in the form of beads with a round cross-section. The applicator is the last component in the actual application process.
The ATN VN6-1K applicators are flange-fitted, which allows their flexible placement to suit process requirements: individually, directly on the dosing unit, on a robot or on a fixed unit (application tower).
The material flow is controlled with the help of a needle valve, which is moved by pneumatic pressure to open or close the application nozzle. This allows precise control of the material application. Material flow can be facilitated with the addition of heating for the applicator. The length of the nozzle shaft can be chosen to ensure perfect material application in every situation.
The short needle stroke of only 3 mm results in very short switching times. The needle stroke is adjustable to allow application of very small quantities and clean bead ends.
The size and diameter of the application nozzles determine the thickness of the applied material on the workpiece. Just ask us for a selection of available application nozzle sizes and diameters.
