Multi nozzle applicator
ATN’s high-pressure multi nozzle applicator can apply single-component materials for a wide range of production tasks, including underbody protection, spray-on insulation materials and seam sealing.
The applicator is fitted with a pivot hinge for maximum flexibility at the final hand joint of the robot. The nozzle head can be swivelled and can also continuously rotate through 360°.
The 3D applicator’s nozzle has 3 material application angles: 0°, 45° and 90°. A valve before the nozzle prevents material from dripping. The ATN 3D applicator also has an integrated pressure and temperature detector, ensuring continuous monitoring during operation.
