Fleece nozzle cleaning unit
The ATN fleece nozzle cleaning unit cleans the application nozzles, which is essential for ensuring correct material application. This is done by immersing the application nozzle into the cleaning unit, which holds the cleaning material.
The cleaning unit closes and the application nozzle rotates to wipe off excess material. After cleaning, the unit opens and the application nozzle is retracted. The used cleaning material is wound onto a separate reel.
The cleaning material used here is paper or fleece, which is provided on rolls of customer-specified width and thickness that are easy to change. The system monitors the stock remaining on the roll.
Depending on the type of application tower, the nozzle cleaning unit is either stationary or mobile.
