ATN’s purpose-designed mobile manual application stations are suitable for the manual application of 1C and 2C glues and sealants. These mobile stations make technical and economic sense if you need to work at different locations, or if you handle small volumes or a wide range of individual or different workpieces. They use our twin-column RAM press barrel pumps mounted on a mobile frame.
Our mobile manual application systems are suitable for use with 20–200 litre barrels. They are stand-alone systems with a swivel boom for relieving the weight of the material hose, and a manual application gun. The frame has 4 to 6 castors, 2 of which brake and steer the unit.
The system has a built-in pump unit to supply 1C glues and sealants. This can accommodate various barrel sizes. The application material is delivered to the gun through a hose system. The whole system is conveniently operated from an operating point at the pump. Material discharge is controlled directly at the application gun.
Systems for the application of 2C glues and sealants have two pump units, again suitable for various barrel sizes. The two components are delivered to the gun through separate hose systems. The stations feature ATN EVD electronic volumetric dosing units, ensuring high-precision dosing and homogeneous mixing of the two base components. They can be operated from an operating point at the pumps, or via the ATN touchscreen operator display (IFC).
