Nozzles Applicator
For the VN6 and VN8 Applicators of the ATN, various application nozzles are available for material application. The thickness and diameter of the individual nozzles determine the thickness of the material application.
For the material discharge of the VN6 and VN8 applicators, a needle valve is moved by pneumatic pressure. This needle valve opens or closes the application nozzle. The needle valve closes directly in the nozzle, which is why only a short channel is created in which the material to be applied is released. This ensures that almos no material is pressed on and a clean bead end is guaranteed.
