Design and function principle

The gluing system for stationary tower-mounted application of profile beads consists of a double barrel pump with an IFC central application controller (03) and an application tower (02) fitted with the EVD electronic volumetric dosing system, the 7-axis profile bead applicator (01) and the nozzle cleaning unit. Material or heated hoses attached to the barrel pumps convey the material from the barrels to the EVD, which doses the exact material quantity required. Although the system is stationary, the profile bead applicator is mounted on an additional rotating axis so that the system can discharge the glue in the desired bead geometry on curves as well. The nozzle cleaning unit regularly cleans the application nozzle to ensure an even glue pattern. All components of the glue application system are designed, sized and fitted with suitable heating for your specific use case and the material to be processed.
