Design and function principle

The gluing system for robot-guided application of profile beads consists of a double barrel pump with an IFC central application controller (01) and an industrial robot fitted with the EVD electronic volumetric dosing system (02) and a profile bead applicator (03). The glue application system can be expanded with an optional nozzle cleaning unit (04). Material or heated hoses attached to the barrel pumps convey the material from the barrels to the EVD, which doses the exact material quantity required. The profile bead applicator them discharges the material in the desired bead geometry. The nozzle cleaning unit regularly cleans the application nozzle to ensure an even glue pattern. All components that contain material can be heated to optimize material flow. All components of the glue application system are designed, sized and fitted with suitable heating for your specific use case and the material to be processed.
