Design and function principle

The gluing system for the stationary tower-mounted application of round beads consists of a double barrel pump with an IFC central application controller (01), an EVD electronic volumetric dosing system (02) and a round bead applicator (03). All components are connected to material hoses for an even material flow and can be heated if required. The applicator is permanently attached to the application tower (not shown in illustration). All components of the glue application system are designed, sized and fitted with suitable heating for your specific use case and the material to be processed.
