IFC application controller

The ATN IFC (independent flow controller) application control system is designed for easy, intuitive control, monitoring and visualization of application processes such as priming, glue application and foaming.

One controller for the whole application process

The IFC application controller makes it easy to set and monitor key parameters such as pressure, temperature and volume flow for your application components. Featuring a variety of interfaces for connection to the supervisory control system, it allows you to visualize and change any value via the higher-level system as well.

The IFC application controller in detail

The IFC consists of two elements: the IFC 100 control cabinet, which houses the technical components, easily accessible in a compact unit; and the IFC 10-1 colour touchscreen operator panel for convenient viewing and setting of system parameters.

Each component of the application system is fitted with an IFC terminal box, which acts as an interface between the supervisory control system and the controlled unit.

So along with intuitive control, you have access to extensive diagnostic and monitoring options such as statistics and fault history output. The controller also features logging functions, while backup solutions safeguard your captured data.
